Wow! I was about to ask this same question. PCOutline is the only program I *really* miss from the Windows world.. And I have a lot of old documents in it's format. Maybe there's a filter out there somewhere to change them to plain text. If I recall correctly, PCO was written in Pascal, if thats of any use. I think I must have been an early adopter.
