The KDE packages in the experimental directory where almost all updated on the 7th of april, so I guess they are _almost_ the final ones...
For the (suse-7.3) users that don't want to be worry about were the packages are located or don't want to manually figure out which are being updated, there is now APT (Advanced Package Tool). With this tool you keep kde3 (among others) up to date by executed apt-get update and apt-get upgrade only.
