'm looking to buy a dig. camera that takes at least reasonably sharp pics, uses USB, and is EASY to get to work with 7.3. Anyone with a recommendation?
Thanks,
Fred I just spent the last two weeks collecting information from my camera friends about digital cameras. These people are professional photographers, both film and filmless and it sems for my budget(>$600US)that the Minolta DiMage 5 is the best bet. It acts as an SLR to some extent. Another recommendation was the Nikon Coolpix 990,smaller lense but it rotates allowing you to to view the LCD or anyone else.Cool fearture but makes the camera a bit cumbersome. Also I've heard wonderful thing about the Canon Pwershot G3. More Megapixels the sharper the image, and digital zoom is less important than optical zoom. Lastly,if you really want to spend $$.Check out the Nikon D1.Very nice but out of my price range. Hope this helps Cheers
