That is probably to corrupt index files. Just remove the dotted index files in ~/Mail (e.g. .trash.index) I've mail folders in kmail that store 6000 msgs. On Friday 05 April 2002 21:44, David Herman wrote:
I don't know if this is a bug, feature or fluke.
It seems that when I have between 600 and 800 messages in a folder things go wacky.
the headers of messages which were stored get trashed, subject is listed as No Subject sender unknown date unknown
This is a real problem as far as this list is concerned, there are so many good answers here that I tend to hang on to alot of replies, it doesnt take to long to reach 600 messages.
Has anyone else experienced this?
