Hi, It is just possible that you have made printer descriptors for ten languages. There is a note about this in the readme file, just search for "French" and you will be able to read all about it. (My version does not have ten languages though!) Peter. On Friday 05 April 2002 5:02 pm, you wrote:
Hi,
I have succesfully compiled (with --cups --ghost and other options) and installed gimp-print-4.2.1-pre4. "make check" did 2 tests and both have been passed succesfully.
However, I have noticed that CUPS admin and YAST2 printer setup listed each gimp-print driver 10 times (e.g. epson 1270 gimp-print 1, epson 1270 gimp-print 2, etc.).
In the manual these entries shown somewhat different ways - epson 1270 gimp-print, epson 1270 gimp-print GhostScript, etc.
How to get rid of these multiple entries (10 for each printer model), or at least, how to get a clue what each entry means?
Thanks in advance for any suggestion.
