i have apache installed on my development machine (along with php, mod_perl,
mod_python, mysql, etc) and just use vim to write my code. i can ssh into
the machine from my local box, edit files, save them and then click reload in
mozilla to see the changes. plus the syntax highlighting in vim is really
sweet.
