I have an internal soundcard on a Dell GX400.
SuSE detects this as an 82820 820 Camino 2 Chipset 97.
When playing an audio cd it sounds find. When playing an mp3 or anything that is internally generated, it sounds too fast. Like playing a 33 rpm record at 45 rpm.
How can I get normal sound?
Open KDE Control Center - Sound - Sound Server Under the tab Sound I/O you can set a custom sampling rate. Try 48000. (or some other, maybe better, value). /Stefan
