Actually, it is - you just have to tell RPM that "jfsutils" obsoletes
"jfsprogs" in the spec file. In fact, I renamed the package for the
upcoming release accordingly and have added exactly these tags.

Yes, that's the recommended way to do it. Alternatively there is an RPM
availabe from my home page.
