yast2, sax2, yast1 on ximian desktop

Hi. I want to be able to start yast2, yast1 and sax 2 from my ximian desktop. So I am a user, and with original gnome from SuSE 7.3 I was able to start yast2 directly from my desktop (double click on yast2, I was ask for password), and then yast2 was on the screen.Now, when I try to start yast2 it is on the screen but I have no permissions so I am unable to select or change something. Question: Ho to make a link on my desktop to start Yast2 or yast1 like before? Second - It is something under gnome like Kinternet ? If yes, where .... Tanks
