Your controller is handled by the "ciss" module. You need to install with
text-mode YaST1 and manually load the ciss module if YaST2 doesn't find it (I
haven't used the Enterprise server version, so I don't know which SuSE
version it's based on. It's been around a while, so I'm guessing the hardware
recognition is on par with perhaps 7.1). Just before you choose "start
installation" there is a menu option "load modules".

When everything is installed you need to create an initial ramdisk, and for
this you need to add "ciss" to the INITRD_MODULES variable in /etc/rc.config,
in addition to any modules you may need to handle filesystems you use.

regards
Anders
