Hello,
I've been having some difficulty w/ a system that I recently installed
SuSE 7.3 Pro on. I am getting situations where processes get, well, for
lack of a better term... wedged. Totally unresponsive, and even after
renicing and kill-9'ing the process, its parents process, etc. it still
remains, unkilled, but doing nothing but tying up the system. WTF?? How
do I kill off something like this, short of rebooting the machine?
TIA,
Monte
