M$ virus scanning software for Linux?

Hello SuSE folkz, Our facility got hit with Funlove and Numda viruses over e-mails. Could somebody please advise a good free scanning software for M$ related viruses which runs on Linux? I want to install an e-mail server on Linux and scan all incoming mail for viruses. Thank you in advance, Alex
