SuSE help has cryptic error message

      Using SuSE 7.1; KDE 2.2.1.
SuSE help is currently useless, in that all clicks result in ERROR:

There appears to be a configuration error.  You have associated Konqueror 
with a text/html, but it can't handle this file type.

This message is cryptic at best.  Just what is "this file type?"  How might I 
make SuSE help readable?  Thanks ahead.
