Unless you're absolutely paranoid about quality control, what ->would posess you to buy memory from the laptop manufacturer, anyway? Well, I've used crucial.com serveral times to get memory for various workstations at the office. I've never had a bad product from them. They are owned by Micron which just bought out several RAM producers. My wife ordered 3X512M dimms for my workstation at home and it's been running perfectly since xmas eve..no problems. Because crucial is owned by Micron and they are one of the largest producers of RAM..I wouldn't worry about quality. It's there. :) Cheers! -----=====-----=====-----=====-----=====----- Ben Rosenberg mailto:ben@whack.org -----=====-----=====-----=====-----=====----- I'm out of my mind, but feel free to leave a message...
