In /etc/postfix/main.cf add relayhost = [smtp-server.isp.com]
From the sample main.cf:
# The relayhost parameter specifies the default host to send mail to
# when no entry is matched in the optional transport(5) table. When
# no relayhost is given, mail is routed directly to the destination.
#
# On an intranet, specify the organizational domain name. If your
# internal DNS uses no MX records, specify the name of the intranet
# gateway host instead.
#
# Specify a domain, host, host:port, [address] or [address:port].
# Use the form [destination] to turn off MX lookups. See also the
# default_transport parameter if you're connected via UUCP.

Hi All,
I was cosidering using Postfix on friend's mail server but is isp is filtering port 25 so all outgoing mail must go throught the isp smtp server. So i was wondering how could i arrange so all mail is sent to Postfix server is sent to the isp smtp server and sent on it's way. I have no problem doing this with Sendmail but he insit's on on Postfix.
If would like more information please let me know.

Alex :)
