Hello SuSE folkz,
I've got for a present new Casio PDA
Cassiopea BE-300 which runs Windows CE 3.0 for now :)
It has 166 MHz 280 MIPS VR4131 (64 bit) CPU,
16 MB ROM,16 MB RAM and LCD display.
I'd like to install Linux on this little thing.
Does somebody have any experience installing Linux on this type of
PDA?
I bought a book "Embedded Linux" by John Lombardo.
He mentioned about possibility to install
Linux on PDA with MIPS CPU.
Is MIPS R3000/R4000 the same as 280 MIPS VR4131 (64 bit) CPU or it's
totally different beast?
Thank you in advance for any ideas or source of information
Alex
