The kernel message says that the IDE bus is 33MHz, which is correct. Your
ATA controller is a standard PCI device, and as such, runs at 33MHz.
Unless your system is overclocked, and your PCI bus runs at 37MHz or so,
you do not need to change this.

Your *disk* is probably ATA66, which refers to the data throughput of the
device, not the clock frequency of the controller. These are very
different things.
