After upgrading an SuSE-7.0 to SuSE-7.2 the cvs server that has been running
on that system can't be connected anymore. Is this due to the stricter
security rules that SuSE has put in place or is something else not configured
correctly. It seems that inetd is running and port 2401 is assigned to cvs'
pserver. Can someone provide an hint?
rbos@linux01:/var/tmp/junk> cvs -t login
cvs login: notice: main loop with
CVSROOT=:pserver:rbos@linux19:/home/cvs/CVS
(Logging in to rbos@linux19)
CVS password:
cvs [login aborted]: connect to linux19:2401 failed: Connection
refused
