Nvidia drivers from YOU are buggy?

I just ran YOU on a fresh 7.3 install and updated the nvidia drivers.
Now there's a color-changing box on my desktop that won't go away! When
I ran sax2 to select the drivers and answered "yes" to using nvidia's 3d
acceleration, that's when the box appeared.
Any ideas on what to do?
