Fonts for anti-aliasing

Hi,
Does SuSE 7.3 supply any decent fonts for anti-aliasing in KDE?
Afterswitching on AA in KDE, the system uses "Bitstream Charter" which is
ugly -- I want a decent sans-serif font lke Arial. Sure, I could install
something like MS's web fonts, but I'd rather that it would work out of the
box...
