Hi,
I'm having some trouble with vmware 4.03 in SuSE 7.0. I've installed the new
2.4.13 kernel and found a patch on the net to allow me to compile the vmware
modules. I can now start the app itself, but all the menus appear as boxes.
And there's an obviously fatal error that is also unreadable, so I'm stuck
without vmware. Unless anyone can guess the fatal error.... Or suggest a fix
for the fonts.
I have my suspicions that it's due to the xft extension, or some font that's
unavailable because of it.
Cheers,
Tom
