Running suse 7.3 now, I have gone thrue an setup printers on our network
here like i had them in
the 7.2 server. they are hp direct jet printers, hp4000, 2 of them. the
test page printed out fine. i have samba setup an working an tried to
print to both printers an they jobs leaves the windows 2000 box but never
seems to get printed. no email on the linux box either like i used to get
when there was an error trying tp print. Im using the lprold based
printing system. anyone else experienced printing problem with suse 7.3
I know I should have saved the old printcap file from the 7.2 install that
was working but that is one file i plum forgot to save so go ahead an give
me 50 lashes with the wet noodle, evil grin.

Also wondering if anyone else that has upgraded ran into the same problem
i did on installing 7.3 of not having any keyboard layout choices to
choose from when they setup 7.3 with gui installer.
