Don't have a cow!! If SuSE did not want you to copy their distibution, why then is their FTP site still up and running???
That's not the point! The original post was about copying 7.3 ISOs.
Oh, please!! SuSE hardly makes any money buy selling their distribution to the "common" user. SuSE makes much more money from Server implementation and Firewalls.
Wrong! Get your facts correct. The majority of sales represent this type of user. SuSE's traditional strengh has been in retail and services is the fastest growing sector: Traditionally, the sales of Linux software constitute a large share of 60% of the turnover. Now, however, SuSE increasingly gains a fast-growing turnover share from IT services, the current figure being approximately 20 percent. Hardware, books, etc. cover the remaining portion. (http://www.suse.de/uk/press/services/information/company/portrait.html) M -- Martin Webster <mwebster@ntlworld.com> Registered Linux User #230322 http://homepage.ntlworld.com/spider-monkey/
