Hi all! I've run into a problem with KDE2: I'm running Suse 7.1 I'm having a problem with KDE2 (version 2.0.1) and using Konqueror 1.9.8. Recently, when I try to open a file folder on the desktop or inside Konqueror, I get a window that says "Sorry - KWrite" as a caption and the message "You have specified a directory," along with an "OK" button. After clicking the "OK" button, KWrite opens a blank document. The same problem occurs when I'm in Konqueror and go to the "Bookmarks" menu and select "Edit Bookmarks". Now, when I click a folder inside the Konqueror window, it will open the folder, as normal. But, outside Konqueror or using the "edit bookmark..." function inside Konqueror, the error will show. An example of the error window is here: http://www.wigglit.com/images/kwrite.png All this makes it very hard to use this GUI. Is there a configuration file where I can correct this problem? Thanks in advance for any help...and thanks to those who've helped me in the past that I've not thanked yet... :o) -- Ron Sinclair @ http://www.wigglit.com
