Check out Mindi Linux at http://www.microwerks.net/~hugo/mindi/index.html
It can create a bootable cd for you.
Before I check that: Does it suit my needs as described above?
Well Mindi works in combination with Mondo linux, which are listed together on the site. There is a short html file called mondo-manual.html. It is easy to read and you can answer for yourself if it meets your needs.
For my own uses, mindi will create a bootable cd, both dos and linux, and allows you to add as many of your own files as you want, via deplist.txt.
IIRC, xcdroast will make bootable CDs in Linux, and Adaptec EZ CD Creator will do it in winders. Never saw a need to do it in DOS. Regards, Glenn -- Glenn Williams - n0hn@abq-nm.com Registered Linux User #135678 Powered by SuSE 7.2 Linux Professional
