Not enough for me. I have a couple of DeadRat 7.1 boxes and the biggest difference I could find was the lack of the --rebuild command. It also displays the progress of the pre-installation work in addition to the actual installation when using the -v switch. As far as documentation goes, I'm highly disappointed with the shoddy work done by Red Hat. Take a look at rpm.org and you'll find nothing new of any value.
