Hi there,

just going crazy ...
Appletalk is fully installed and I'm trying to print via netatalk from a suse linux 7.0
server on two postscript printers. Somehow I managed to get the first printer going.

However, getting the second one working is giving me a real headache.
Until now I've done the following:

in file /etc/printcap I included :if=/usr/lib/atalk/filters/ifpap:\

ls -l /usr/lib/atalk/filters (it lists ifpap -> psf)

.paprc is created in spool directory

after a new start of lpd and after attempting to print into the queue there is still the
message "lpr: connect: Connection refused, jobs queued, but cannot start deamon"

- the first printer works perfectly fine, however -

Any suggestions and hints are greatly appreciated - I kept searching the web for
ideas already all day ...

Thanks
