I don't see why not. PHP 4 is recognised by .php and PHP 3 .php3 or .phtml so
Apache should know what to do (PHP 3 is not in the SuSE 7.2 distro).

I don't see why not. PHP 4 is recognised by .php and PHP 3 .php3 or .phtml so
Apache should know what to do (PHP 3 is not in the SuSE 7.2 distro).
