About 4 weeks ago i sent the 1st message asking for help to SUSE support. I didnt received anything and I accidentaly deleted the ticket number, so I could not claim for it, and didn't insist on it.
The 17/Aug/01, I sent another one. From this 2nd one, I received an answer the 23/Aug/01, with instructions on how to fix the problem of the graphic card by using framebuffer, etc. I think that 7 days is a nice average tech support.
They didnt answered everything because I had many questions, but I'm quite happy. Also to thank SUSE by sending me the lovely stickers they have when buying from their web! They haven't paid me for saying this!
As I was not lucky to convince the other people in my company by convincing one of our most important clients past 16/Aug/01, I'll have another chance in October.. Wish me your bests by then!
If someone is interested, I'll post after weekend, if I was able to fix it or not, and how I did it, if so.
