Hi,
I'd like to ask for not using "reply" (in the mail client) when a new thread is being opened.
May I second to this.
Using the "reply" function and changing the "Subject:" is quite OK (sometimes even recommended), but I've noticed some people do it instead of sending a new mail.
Mail threading clients (e.g. Emacs Gnus) keep these messages in the old thread. It makes a quick navigation a bit difficult.
The same happens in mutt. I would appreciate people not starting new thread with "reply". -Kastus
