Some of the computers I must use for work are loaded with M$ operating systems, which is something over which I have no control. What I would like to know is if there are software packages available for Winders machines that are SSH compatible so I can securely log into my Linux boxes from remote locations? I hesitate to do it via telnet for obvious reasons. What can you tell me? Is this a pipe dream, or something that might be possible? My machines at home run a mix of SuSE 6.4 and 7.1.
Thanks for your consideration...
My solution was to install the telnet/ssh applet onto one of our Linux boxes, so I can always get to it from any random machine (with a java-enabled browser). http://www.mud.de/se/jta/ -- Rachel
