Do an rcpostfix restart.
I had some serious issues with Postfix not reading /etc/aliases and
other weird shit. So I switched back to Sendmail. Postfix is nice...but
I couldn't get it to see the changes I wanted and to behave.

I had some serious issues with Postfix not reading /etc/aliases and
