Exactly right. If people / organizations would start blackballing these
MSIE - only sites, maybe they'd be forced to start sticking with the
standards. If someone made a Konqueror - only site, they should be
blackballed too. If everyone stuck with the standards, then there would
be no need to identify which browser is coming in. You'd only need to
know the HTML version the browser was built for, in case maybe they're
using an older browser.
