I sent the WSJ story URL to a friend of mine. He mentioned that
smart tags sounded exactly like what he had with NBCi, squiggly
lines and all--or used to have, apparently they have canceled the
"service."
They spent a ton of money promoting the scheme on TV. It would be
interesting to find out why they abandoned it.
