CuteFTP and BulletFTP seems to be uncrackable. I mean, yes, those two can be cracked but when the user is online (they ARE online apps), the apps seem to do authenticity checks against some online source (or maybe this is vice versa, an online source checking the apps' authenticity). When the 'checker' finds something false, it tells the app to cease all operations. I couldn't find any cracks that could circumvent this at the time.
I haven't seen a true crack for this type of checking yet...but I last saw this type of protection about two years ago. Maybe there's been new developments since then?
Protel 99 (electronic design software) does this and it was cracked. I'm not sure if Protel 2000 was cracked though. I stopped using Windows and now I use Eagle. You didn't hear it from me, though :-)* - -- James Oakley Engineering - SolutionInc Ltd. joakley@solutioninc.com http://www.solutioninc.com -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.0.5 (GNU/Linux) Comment: For info see http://www.gnupg.org iD8DBQE7G5LN+FOexA3koIgRAjBGAJ4lIPYjZpNKJ97OulQP2v/xwD2sAACeObL5 gnD2TnewA8qUCfNm+arjSmw= =9dC9 -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
