hi, i am compiling 2.4.4 kernel. i have a aic7xxx card. so, duing make bzImage, i think it is building the drivers. i got a bunch of error saying "undefined reference to yylex", "undefined refernce to include_file". am i missing something here?
Just reconfigure your kernel. There is an option to build the adapter firmware. Just deselect that as it's normally not needed. But if you still want to do it, you have to install the package flex from series d. This is needed to build aicasm which in turn is needed to rebuild the sequencer. -- Penguins to save the dinosaurs -- Handelsblatt on Linux for S/390
