Kmail signature....

I am trying to add a signature in my Kmail and it is
not working.
I tried adding it as the html file that I used in M$
outlook express and it didn't work, then I make it txt
and it didnt work, finally I just typed the text in
the box and still not showing it.
Am I doing something wrong?
