If not, then that may explain why you refer to it not being implemented. There's decent enough instructions (to an extent mind you) for implementing this with the following: o select the 'Life preserver' icon o select the 'Application Manual' subtitle within the listbox o select 'Control Center' o scroll down and select section 5.20 in the right window-pane this will require that you have htdig installed as well as know where it's installed. These are the paths if your using SuSE 7.0 htdig -> /opt/www/htdig/bin/htdig htsearch -> /opt/www/cgi-bin/htsearch htmerge -> /opt/www/htdig/bin/htmerge Someone posted some instructions on this about a month ago if you want to look this up in the archives. It's well worth implementing in my opinion. In a nutshell though: o select the 'Life preserver' icon o select the search tab in left listbox o select the 'update index' button at bottom left o enter above paths in appropriate entry boxes o select the 'generate index' button The only thing I don't like about it is the htdig graphics are kinda misplaced within the system on SuSE 7.0, just one more thing to try and figure out when I get a chance. pa> Paul Abrahams pa> pa> pa> pa> -- S.Toms - smotrs@mindspring.com - www.mindspring.com/~smotrs SuSE Linux v7.0+ - Kernel 2.2.18 "The four building blocks of the universe are fire, water, gravel and vinyl." -- Dave Barry
