I am wanting to add another hard drive to my suse 7.0 system. Is there anything that I need to do to make it recognize it in the OS?
Thanks Joe Greene
Add the drive to your IDE/SCSI chain, fdisk it to create partitions, mke2fs or mkreiserfs the partitions, create a mount point ( mkdir ) and mount them :) Easy as pie - -tosi -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.0.4 (GNU/Linux) Comment: For info see http://www.gnupg.org iD8DBQE64eMX6mRH+PEpr2YRArZqAJkBvE1cqpgwv7DxhfgWMnZTZosJtwCfer2t 6iB62c0dm7MkHMef32dXs2U= =fPVN -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- To unsubscribe send e-mail to suse-linux-e-unsubscribe@suse.com For additional commands send e-mail to suse-linux-e-help@suse.com Also check the FAQ at http://www.suse.com/support/faq and the archives at http://lists.suse.com
