I used Postgres for my web server in production environment, it's real solid with the only setback, it's a bit slow.
Dennis/sg
Are there any 'free' object database on linux available?
I read sth about PostgreSQL an object relational database system. It is available under BSD license. I haven't used it by myself.
I have in a production environment. It is solid. Another database is MySQL, used a lot for 'simple' things, like web-logging.
Both are on the SuSE cd's.
