my sincere apologies for attaching the business signature, titles and
all that senseless stuff... in my last mail.

It's the standard configuration of my netscape messenger I use at work
(on ugly W98"lite").

It's absolutely not conform to this list spirit, based on friendship and
willing to collaborate without Mr./Dr./... and all that kind of stuff.

Hi all,
I'm trying to refresh my linux box with glibc2.2 and latest kernel
breath. I've got a couple of troubles...

1) any pb. with SCSI uw2940 and kernel 2.4.3??

I got one msg warning about SCSI timeouts endless repeating while
booting (I boot in text mode).
This curiously happened after cooking my 2.4.3 with the same recipe used
for 2.4.1 and 2.4.2 (but for  reiserFS as a module).

2) I've got a pb. after installing glibc 2.2.:
   - on locale. My ENV variables are correctly set, my
/usr/share/locale/xxx do exist, but perl, when starting, complains about
missing locale (and defaults to C, or POSIX)...
   - trying to launch wine and got a missing "stdscr" from libwine.so.1

Any idea???
