What does this mean? This happend after a full install writing the lilo to the MBR.
Looks like your SCSI driver can't find your SCSI card (and I assume you've got a SCSI hard drive...). This is the case of the 'kmod: failed to exec...' message and ultimately the kernel panic, since it can't see the SCSI card to see the drive to mount the root partition... ;-) If you are indeed using the correct driver (check) and it *is* installing correctly in YaST (check this too) then find out what parameters are being used, or if it is being autoprobed, note down the values that were discovered so that you can try putting them in /etc/modules.conf before running mk_initrd again.
