Hey Sterling, definitely move your .kde2 directory in your home dir. I just got home and noticed there are two symbolic links pointing to the /tmp directories I mentioned earlier. These might also be causing the problem. I know that when I had this problem I moved the 3 dirs in /tmp and also the .kde2 dir.
