Hi everyone, Now that I have the ADSL connection (thx to Chris) my problems are starting. Although looks like I will have tons of them here the first to be solved ones. 1) our telekom is using ALCATEL products which is based on RAS client access. They insist that I must establish telnet to xxx.yyy.zzz.1 and then through a web browser http://xxx.yyy.zzz.1/index.html .Now I have found this do be DANA server and searching on the goggle brought me couple of tools lindana winner-client shell script for telnet/lynx solutions. Except the telnet/lynx solution none of them can work on the LRP since it is using the old libc librariaries. So I can not copy the winner-client nor lindana to the LRP floopy :-(( Telnet/lynx solution requests "expect" to be available yet this is also not available with LRP. So here I am stuck with an answer. 2) As a firewall/router pc I have a pentium 75 with 24 MB ram and 180 MB harddisk. If I install a stripped down SuSE which I was able to do with DMZ selection (thx Lenz) and deleteing the man pages and the documentation (thx Tor) I have free space left as less 10 MB and this is without swap So the questions are how can I set up a firewall router which will enable me to use the above tools to establish connection ? Any pointers are highly appreciated TIA -- Togan Muftuoglu
