Another Netscrape question..........

Hi all... I had netscrape setup not to show pictures so to speed it up. Anyway I changed my mind and turned pictures back on. Now the cache is not working. I can not find anyplace to turn it on or off. Can anyone help? BTW I'm using NS 4.7 on SuSE 6.3....
