Hello, I have one little file problem while installing vmware: I get very far with installing it until I have to do the vmware-config.pl . It says it has to make it's own module for my kernel so it asks where me c headers are for my Kernel. The default directory is /usr/src/linux/include but then it says that that are the headers for the kernel v.2.2.16 and that I have v.2.2.16-SMP. Where can I find the headers for my kernel?
Make sure /usr/src/linux is a link to your real kernel, i.e. /usr/src/linux-2.2.16-SMP, if you're really running SMP kernel. -Kastus
