I am using GRUB to boot between Linux and Win2K although I am sure LILO can
do it too. No need to boot from a floppy.

Hi all!
I just installed Windows 2000 on my home box, now running: Win 98, Win 2000, SuSE 7.0, Debian. I don't know much about Win 2000's boot strategi. It's got it's bootmanager on the MBR now and boots both 98 and 2000. At the moment I boot linux from floppy. Win2 is on NTFS, not FAT32. The question is: can I safely put Lilo back on MBR wit the normal Win98 configuration in lilo.conf? Am I right in my theory that when I choose Windows in the lilo bootup it will run Win2000 bootloader? I did this in a test-installation earlier and it worked but I don't recall all the details. A word on this would be much appreciated.
Cheers,
ei
