To tell you the truth , I have bumped each upgrade since 5.3 , and only
used the tech suport on only two of those piont releases , the first 5.3
and 6.4 , otherwise all tech suport has been from the list and has bean
more helpfull. I would not mind a version with out the tech suport , just
charge when they call in on the rare occasion that they need it , or go buy
a box off the shelf if oyu realy need it rapido ,they only take calls twice
a week last I heard.
