Subject: Re[2]: [SLE] 6.3 to use kernal 2.2.17
I am totally agree with you..
Just.. at the point where kerenl 2.2.18 is going to be release.
I cant still find the SuSE-Kernel 2.2.17 in any ftp server of
SuSE...
Does this means.. SuSE-Kernel 2.2.16 is back ported in the way
that kernel 2.2.17 or future 2.2.18 doesnt add anything new?
maybe some of you, wise guys of this list can help me on this...
I was wondering.. can I use in a SuSE 6.4 or 7.0 (comes with
2.2.17pre) with a kernel optimised by other distro? like
kernel 2.2.17-mdk?

PS : to those who think my english typing and speling should be
ameliored.. I am sorry for that.. English is not my mother-tongue,
and.. I learn my very poor english from IRC.. and you guys should
know IRC is a bad place to learn correct english.. so.. mea culpa..
