Hello Mark,
I went back and looked at the URL I used. It is in fact the kde website. 
A subdirectory labeled for SuSE 7.0. Oh well!, I guess I will have to 
start over at the SuSE website. All of that stuff at 28.2 is going to be 
another long night!
